Welcome to Kumu. Kumu is a clipboard manager built for macOS that helps you save, organize, search, preview, copy, and paste clipboard content.
Before downloading, installing, accessing, or using Kumu, please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. By using Kumu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Kumu.
1. Service Provider
Kumu is provided by 0xTangerine, the name used by an individual developer ("we", "us", or "our"). 0xTangerine is not a registered company, legal entity, or partnership.
If you obtain Kumu through the Mac App Store, the developer, seller, or account name shown in the App Store or Apple billing records may be the legal name registered by the individual developer under Apple Developer Program requirements. That displayed information and 0xTangerine both refer to the provider of Kumu.

You retain all rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you copy, save, use, share, or paste does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights, and that it complies with applicable laws and your agreements with third parties.
